There is a garbage room inside the private parking of the community. Please take out the garbage every day so that bad smells do not accumulate in the apartment.

It could be that when you arrive you find coffee for the coffee maker, some drinks in the fridge or some food in the pantry, they are for your consumption. Please note that the water we provide is filtered.

The air conditioning control is on the wall, next to the curtain and lamp. The outdoor cushions are in a basket next to the sofa bed. If you are going to use them, remember to put them back when you finish using the terrace chairs.

If you are a cigarette smoker, vapers or any other version, this apartment is not for you. Here the fine for smoking amounts to 500 €, an amount charged by the company that disinfects the room, furniture and contents with ozone, so that the next guest does not have to suffer a smoke-infected environment.

If you have not asked us to receive the sofa bed dressed and open, you will find your sheets laid out on the chair at the entrance. To open the sofa bed you only have to pull the back slightly, without removing any cushion, and the furniture will open very easily.
