our standards

• MANDATORY REGISTRATION: We are responsible by law that all our guests are registered before check in. You must send a copy of your passport to the email: benavistaparadise@gmail.com.

• SMOKE FREE APARTMENT: No smoking or vaping in the apartment. We have smoke sensors that in case they detect contamination, we will be forced to report it to the agency through which you have contracted the accommodation and they will charge you the ozone air cleaning fee. And we warn you that this service is very expensive since we have to guarantee clean air for all our guests.

• LINENS AND TOWELS: The accommodation includes clean linens and towels for guests. The apartment is a studio type with sofa-bed with mattress. When you leave, leave the towels you have used on the bathroom floor.

• MAKE-UP REMOVAL KIT: We value very much that our towels are always white and we try to avoid bleach for environmental reasons. This is why we offer you a make-up removal kit with cotton pads and a beige towel.

• INITIAL SET UP: The apartment is a studio apartment and has a sofa-bed with mattress. If you want the sofa-bed to be dressed as a bed at your arrival, it must be requested by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. If you prefer to receive it closed then you don't have to tell us anything. We usually leave the clean sheets in the dry cleaning bag where they have been washed and disinfected for your maximum safety.

• PARTIES PROHIBITED: We love to have fun and guests have a great time, but we can not allow parties in our apartments (we also like everyone to rest and be comfortable). Please do not make noise from 22h to 10h.

• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Pets and children are not allowed in our apartment , since we only have a double bed. But if you are traveling with a baby under 3 years old, who can sleep in the same bed, let us know that we will make an exception. However, we remind you that we do not have a crib to offer you.

• MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years old to be able to make a reservation

• NO SKATEBOATS OR BICYCLES: We like electric scooters and bicycles because they are very ecological although you will not be able to bring them inside the apartments. 

• GARBAGE: When you leave, please take the garbage to the private containers located inside the building in the parking area.

• PARKING: The parking lot is private, although it is located in the surroundings of the urbanization. It cannot be reserved and is subject to availability.

• Please also take care of the apartment so that the next guests can continue to enjoy it as you did.
